OwnerEOB ConsultingEd O. Bridgman is an Air Force veteran with a background in Electrical Engineering and an MBA. While an Electrical Design Engineer he co-authored Six-Sigma Quality Initiatives, earning Motorola the 1st Malcom Baldridge award from President Ronald Reagan. He has been a Six Sigma consultant for over 36 years helping companies in a variety of industries reduce operating costs and increase profit margins while exceeding customers’ expectations.
Since 2010 Ed’s EOB-Consulting team has been consulting in the Outdoor Hospitality Industry preparing Feasibility Analysis, Business Plans, 10-Year Cash Flow Analysis, Site Design (CAD) Layouts and Project Managing the construction of Glamping Destinations, RV Parks, Campgrounds, Resorts and Communities as well as Boat and RV Storage facilities. Ed helps people “Maximize the value of their land.”
In 2021 Ed opened Homestead RV Community, the Most Technically Advanced RV Destination in the World, as his “Showroom” employs forward thinking state-of-the-art features including the ability to automatically monitor both electrical and water use at every site and building for every reservation (short-term and long-term) and adjust the guest bill automatically. Homestead RV Community is Nationally recognized by many companies who employ Ed to Beta Test their latest hardware and software.
Each year Ed speaks at many of the State and National conferences on topics such as “The evolution of the Outdoor Hospitality Industry,” “Developing an Outdoor Hospitality Destination for Tomorrow’s Guest,” “Upgrading your existing Outdoor Hospitality Destination,” “Step-by-Step Raw land to Money Maker.” Additionally, Ed hosts the Investors Introductory Conference at Homestead each year where clients with projects are introduced to both Public and Private Investors ready to invest.
Recently Ed has been asked to host the TV show A Place to Call Home where each week he interviews his EOB Consulting clients, the industry leaders who provide products and services to his clients and his guests at Homestead RV Community who enjoy the destinations that Ed designs.
