Q

Share Your Knowledge at the Glamping Show Americas

The Glamping Show Americas conference is built around one simple principle: our audience comes first.

Every year, once the show has come to an end, we ask our delegates what they’d like to learn more about. Their feedback shapes the conference program for the following year, ensuring every session delivers practical, relevant knowledge that helps glamping business owners build stronger, more successful businesses.

Planning begins in November, when we review the topics our audience has requested and start matching them with speaker pitches we’ve already received. Where needed, we also proactively invite industry experts who can deliver the knowledge our delegates are looking for.

If you have a presentation idea that you believe would genuinely benefit our audience, we’d love to hear from you.

How to Apply

We encourage you to submit your speaker pitch during November or December.

When preparing your proposal, please tell us:
  • Why you’re passionate about sharing a topic and how it will benefit our audience
  • Why you’re the right person to present it.
  • Most importantly, what unique, memorable and practical knowledge, ideas or strategies the audience will take away and be able to apply in their own glamping businesses.

The conference stage exists to educate, inspire and strengthen the outdoor hospitality industry. It’s a place for sharing real experiences, practical lessons and honest insights that help others succeed.

It Is Not a Platform for Delivering a Sales Presentation

Of course, speakers who deliver outstanding educational sessions often find that new relationships and business opportunities naturally follow. However, those opportunities result from providing genuine value to the audience, not the reason for being on stage.

If your proposal aligns with the topics our delegates have requested and clearly demonstrates the value it will bring, it may be considered for inclusion in the conference program.

Our responsibility is to create the strongest educational program we can, and that means every decision is guided by one question:

Will this session provide exceptional value for our audience and is it something they have shown an interest in?

If the answer is yes, it will be considered alongside every other submission, regardless of whether you’re exhibiting, sponsoring or simply applying to speak. Please click the button below, or send your speaker pitch to sarah@glampingshow.us or steph@glampingshow.us.
We carefully review every submission and do our very best to respond to everyone who takes the time to apply. However, submitting a speaker proposal does not automatically guarantee a place in the conference program. The pitches that best align with our audience’s requested topics and demonstrate the greatest educational value will be shortlisted for consideration, so that’s what you need to evidence in your submission.

Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Glamping Show Americas community. Every great conference is built with people who are willing to share their knowledge generously, and we look forward to discovering speakers who want to help shape the future of outdoor hospitality.
