Ozark Mountain Adventure

Halley Fleming is a graduate of the College of the Ozarks, where she double majored in Business Administration and Mass Communications. She began her banking career in 2009 and rose through the ranks to serve as Chief Marketing Officer before retiring in 2023.

In 2020, Fleming pioneered glamping in the Branson, Missouri market by launching Ozark Mountain Adventure, a luxury outdoor destination in a tourism hub that welcomes more than 11 million visitors annually. With no outside engineers—just vision, grit, and relentless dedication—she transformed raw land into a sought-after retreat that now boasts more than 500 five-star Google reviews.

Fleming has been recognized as one of 417 Magazine’s “Women Who Mean Business,” and Ozark Mountain Adventure was featured by Midwest Living Magazine as one of the “15 Incredible Midwest Glamping Destinations.”

Currently pursuing her doctorate, Fleming is passionate about mentoring and coaching others who are ready to turn their dreams into reality—and into profitable, sustainable ventures.
