Thoreau spent two years in a cabin by Walden Pond, exploring what it meant “to live deliberately.” His reflections on simplicity, self-sufficiency and harmony with nature became a cornerstone of American thought, and today, that same spirit echoes through the vision of my guest, Blake Smith, founder of Walden Retreats.
